The aim of this conference is to gather leaders, singers, musicians and tech teams from across our family of churches to inspire, train and equip us to serve our local churches with a greater passion, vision and skill. We want to continue to invest in the community that has been built up over the past few years.
A detailed plan for the day will be released on our website and Facebook page soon, but expect passionate times of worship together, hearing from God's Word, seminars to equip and envision you, workshops to practically equip you, new songs to learn and time to get to know one another and minister to each other.
Worship will be led by Olly Knight, and we are delighted to announce that Simon Brading will be our main session speaker.

Practical details:
Arrival/Parking:
Please arrive at 10am for refreshments; we be starting at 10.30am! There are only 20 parking spaces on-site which will be mainly for volunteers - we have 3 disabled spaces, so please message in if you will require one of these.
For all other attendees we recommend the Newmarket Road park-and-ride system - http://bit.ly/RMWorship19. It's super frequent, is only 10 minutes away and costs just £3! Grab lifts with others from your church and you can get group park-and-ride deals... £8.50 for a group of (up to) 5!
Alternative parking is restricted (3 hours max at Tesco next door, and 4 hours at the Retail Park across the road) which is not ideal and would mean you would need to keep leaving the conference to move, so is not recommended!
Food:
We are able to provide light refreshments during the day - but you will need to bring your own lunch/dinner, or purchase it from nearby shops (e.g. Tesco, Boots, Pizza Hut, Frankie and Benny's etc.). We have chosen to only provide refreshments (and not meals) to keep the ticket cost as low as possible...
Finish:
We will aim to finish at 6!

Relational Mission relies on registration fees from delegates who book to maintain and sustain its events programme. Last minute cancellations and refunds can have a significant impact where we are already committed to an event and the associated expenditure.
Consequently, we've drawn up the following policy with regard to cancellations and refunds. Read the policy here.
