This year’s annual conference is on Wednesday 3rd October at The Stansted Novotel Hotel. It will be an opportunity to hear great teaching and a place where friendships are formed and where the prophetic Word of God is released over us and our businesses. There will be relevant and meaningful support to those running small businesses and to those involved with more mature businesses.

Karen is part of the Catalyst Network of churches and is the founder of Leading Leaders – she writes,
Since leaving the water industry in 2000 I have enjoyed working as a consultant in the areas of leadership and organisational development, establishing Leading Leaders in 2007.
We provide individual leadership coaching; design and facilitate group leadership development programmes; facilitate workshops to improve team effectiveness and provide consultancy advice around organisational development.
